Dogs Welcome, People Tolerated Door Hanger

For the house where the dog is clearly in charge. “Dogs” and a big white “Welcome” script greet visitors right up front, with a little red doghouse standing in for the “o,” and then “People Tolerated” sets the record straight underneath.

A black puppy silhouette sits up top with its back to the street and its tail curled, like it’s keeping watch over the yard. The bottom of the sign is red and packed with cut-out paw prints, bones and hearts, all backed in white so the pattern really pops. The black, white and red color scheme is bold and easy to read from the sidewalk.

It’s funny, honest and works all year long, not just for one season. Hang it on the front door, the back gate or the mudroom entry where the leashes live. An easy gift for new puppy owners, dog moms and dads, or anyone whose dog gets a better greeting at the door than the guests do.
