OVERVIEW
Welcome to Made Evermore. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Made Evermore Enterprises LLC. We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.
1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you permit a minor to use the Services, you are responsible for that minor’s activity.
To make a purchase, you may be required to provide certain information, including your name, email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
All items are handmade and, in many cases, made-to-order. As a result, product appearance may vary slightly due to natural material characteristics, hand-finishing, and differences in device displays.
Some product photos, mockups, or previews may be digitally designed or digitally enhanced to demonstrate layout, sizing, personalization, color placement, or overall design. These images are intended as a visual reference only.
Because our products are made from real wood and finished by hand, the final product may display natural wood grain, knots, texture, laser marks, variation, or minor imperfections that are inherent to handmade items. These characteristics are not defects.
Paint, stain, and finish colors may vary due to wood type, absorption, hand-mixing, lighting, and screen display differences. Such variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
While we strive to accurately represent our products, we do not guarantee that the final physical item will exactly match any digital rendering, mockup, or on-screen image.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, availability, or discontinue products at any time without notice. We may also limit sales by region or quantity.
3. ORDERS
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is not accepted until payment is processed and the order is confirmed by Made Evermore.
Because our products are handmade and often made-to-order, personalized and custom items are final sale and may not be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once an order is confirmed or production has begun.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including spelling, names, dates, and other custom information. Made Evermore is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
If design proofs are provided, customer approval authorizes production. Changes requested after approval may be declined or subject to additional fees. If proofs are not provided, production will proceed using the information submitted at checkout.
Processing and production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Turnaround times may vary due to order volume, seasonality, or material availability.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or exported without our written permission.
4. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change at any time without notice.
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all such charges.
By submitting payment information and placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
5A. DIY KITS AND PRODUCT USE
DIY kits and craft products are intended for creative use only. Adult supervision is recommended. You acknowledge and agree that use of DIY kits and finished products is at your own risk.
Made Evermore is not responsible for injury, misuse, improper handling, or damage resulting from use, installation, hanging, exposure to elements, or failure to follow included instructions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, product artwork, and graphics, is the property of Made Evermore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
7. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or features that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of such tools is at your own risk.
7A. FORCE MAJEURE
Made Evermore shall not be liable for delays, failure to perform, or interruption of Services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, illness, labor shortages, equipment failure, material shortages, carrier delays, governmental actions, or interruptions to utilities or internet services.
8. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS
Our Services may include links to third‑party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third‑party sites, and you access them at your own risk.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. However, all sales and transactions are made directly with Made Evermore. Shopify is not responsible for any purchases, disputes, or claims related to our products or Services.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
11. FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, comments, ideas, suggestions, personalization details, images, or other content (“Feedback” or “Submitted Content”), you grant Made Evermore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for the purpose of fulfilling orders, improving Services, or marketing.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any Submitted Content you provide and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel orders containing Submitted Content that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with our brand values.
12. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on our Services may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such issues without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.
13. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Made Evermore, including but not limited to infringing intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent activity, transmitting malicious code, or interfering with site functionality.
14. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made Evermore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
16A. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
You agree to contact Made Evermore directly to resolve any payment issues or order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to provide order records, correspondence, and fulfillment documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in the event of a dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Made Evermore, its owners, employees, and service providers from any claims or demands arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms and any referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Made Evermore.
20. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without notice.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Iowa.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
